Drug testing with laboratory analysis
Our drug test works like this. All the test materials needed for one person are contained in a box that is approved to be transported by registered mail to us (postage is included in the cost of the box). The box is ordered in advance and is not locked to a specific person but can be used by anyone.
When you decide that someone should be tested, you order a time for testing in our customer service and hand over the box to the test person. At the appointed time, we test and instruct the person in a digital meeting. Once the testing is complete, the box is sealed in the correct way according to labor law and mailed.
The test result will arrive after 2-5 working days and in case of a positive test result, our MRO doctor will take over in order to get a labor law compliant decision. The entire testing procedure is quality assured and the analysis of saliva is done in an accredited laboratory.
If necessary, we can perform drug testing at the workplace. Either on a whole workforce or on randomly selected ones. For drug testing to be legally compliant, there must be a drug policy in place. We also have our own employment lawyer and can assist in drafting such a policy.
